18 Polish offices where you actually want to work! These are the winners of the OFFICE SUPERSTAR 2019 competition
The office Oscars have been handed out for the third time! The prestigious jury of the OFFICE SUPERSTAR 2019 competition selected as many as 15 winners and 5 recognised companies that arranged their office spaces in the best way. Among the winners were, among others, AstraZeneca for its creative interpretation of a shared space, 3M for its pioneering office digitalisation project, and Infor for its unique and flexible industrial-style conference rooms. The competition organised by CBRE puts the spotlight on offices characterised not only by interesting design, but also by a holistic approach to employees' needs.
- The recipe for an ideal office interior is simple. An office must meet the needs of its users. Today, work is much more dynamic than it was a few years ago – project meetings, client meetings and teleconferences. Offices buzz with energy, and the space must support a variety of activities, such as conversations, meetings, creative work or strategy development. Meeting these standards requires a new, ergonomic approach to space. That is why in our competition we appreciate places where, in addition to traditional desks, we find, among other things, soundproofed offices, modern workshop rooms, standing workstations, cafeterias, sofas, treadmills, game rooms or even meditation zones. We also pay attention to making sure that functionality does not mean boredom. The aesthetics and atmosphere of an office turn out to be key elements in the process of attracting and retaining talent. That is why, in the era of the employee's market, more and more companies are investing in the highest quality of space – says Natalia Wenzławska, Deputy Marketing and Communications Director, CBRE.
