She began her career at the company as a Brand Manager in the Laundry & Home Care division. Between 2014 and 2016, as International Marketing Manager, she worked at the company's headquarters in Düsseldorf, where she oversaw the global development of the fabric softener category across various markets, from the United States to Korea. After returning to Poland, she spent the next two years gaining experience in the sales department, working with key clients. From 2019 she served as Marketing Director for Laundry & Home Care, and in 2021 she took the helm of the newly created Digital & E-commerce department in the Laundry & Home Care business sector. Thanks to her work, HENKEL brands gained a strong online presence and achieved successes in the field of digital marketing.

Aleksandra Gawlas-Wilińska is also passionate about learning and development. She is a graduate of the international master's programme CEMS Master's in International Management and a lecturer on postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
