One of the largest window and door manufacturers in Europe announced on 28–29 April 2026 a partnership with Adrian Bartecki – a professional base jumper with 17 years of experience.

This is another surprising step in the consistently pursued strategy of building a global brand by the company from Bytów, which on the sports front already collaborates with Bayern Munich, Inter Milan and speedway world champion Bartosz Zmarzlik. This time Drutex reaches for something different – emotions, authenticity and the viral potential of extreme action sports.

When windows meet free falling

Someone might wonder what connects a manufacturer of window and door joinery with a man who jumps from skyscrapers and bridges with a backpack instead of a paraglider. Drutex's answer is simple and well thought out: values.

Precision, control, reliability, courage – words that describe just as well a window resistant to weather conditions as a professional base jumper preparing to jump from the tallest building in Poland.

Adrian Bartecki himself put it succinctly yet aptly: "Bravely, but under control". This sentence could easily serve as the slogan of the entire philosophy of the company from Kashubia, which for over four decades has built its position on the European market precisely on the combination of strategic boldness and engineering precision.

"The partnership with Adrian Bartecki is another element of the consistently pursued strategy of building a global brand. "Tomasz Szymański, Marketing Director of Drutex SA.

Who is Adrian Bartecki – a man jumping beyond the limits of possibility

Adrian Bartecki is a figure who holds a special place in the Polish extreme sports community.

A professional base jumper with 17 years of experience, finalist of the TV show Ninja Warrior Polska, climber and extreme content creator – his profiles on Instagram and TikTok under the pseudonym @e.xtremalny generate millions of views. These are reach numbers that lifestyle influencers with much larger production budgets could envy.

What sets Bartecki apart from typical content creators is the combination of authenticity with an unusual loyalty of his community. A salesman by day, after hours – a man who lands on skyscraper terraces and jumps from objects that for the rest of us are merely the backdrop of the urban landscape.

His much-publicised jump from the tallest building in Poland was an event that resonated widely on social media, and the high engagement persists even on videos recorded in difficult conditions.

"Bravely, but under control. "Adrian Bartecki, professional base jumper and brand ambassador of Drutex.

Such an ambassador profile is something non-standard for a construction brand, and therefore – extremely valuable. In a world where influencer marketing increasingly loses authenticity through excessive commercialisation, choosing a niche athlete, with passion and a real story, can be more effective than a contract with a TV star.

What the collaboration covers and what it means in practice

The scope of the partnership is multi-dimensional.

The Drutex logo will appear on Bartecki's helmet and parachute, and will feature in his visual materials and digital campaigns. The ambassador will take part in the company's projects and events – including one that in itself promises to be a media event: at the end of May in Rzeszów the first public parachute jump in Poland with his participation will take place.

This is an important signal for the market. Drutex does not limit the collaboration to placing a logo on a suit – it builds shared narratives, creates experiences for audiences and transforms the partnership into content production with real reach potential.

In an era when, according to the Influencer Marketing Benchmark Report 2026 (Influencer Marketing Hub, April 2026), as many as 74% of brands are moving budgets to creator programmes, such a strategy fits into one of the strongest communication trends of the year.

Drutex's sports strategy – a portrait of a brand that speaks through sport

To fully understand the significance of this partnership, it is worth looking at the broader context.

Drutex SA has for years treated sports marketing not as a whim, but as a pillar of international expansion. The company exports its products to over 40 countries, with exports accounting for more than 80% of total sales. Germany, Italy, France, the United States – these are markets where Polish joinery must fight for customer attention against local and global players.

Drutex window brand communication strategy with a base jumper

The answer to this challenge is sport – a lingua franca across cultural borders. In 2025 Drutex signed an agreement with Bayern Munich as Official Platinum Partner of FC Bayern München, obtaining exclusive partner status in the windows and doors category – which was described as the largest marketing undertaking in the 40-year history of the Bytów company.

A year earlier, in 2024, the company established an official partnership with Inter Milan and initiated collaboration with Juventus Turin, AS Roma, Cagliari and Palermo. Previously, international recognition was brought to Drutex by the participation of stars such as Jakub Błaszczykowski, Philipp Lahm and Andrea Pirlo in the campaign "Drutex Windows – The Choice of Champions".

In February 2026 the company announced another partnership – with Bartosz Zmarzlik, six-time Individual World Speedway Champion and current world champion from 2025. The agreement is valid until the end of 2026.

The partnership with Adrian Bartecki fits into this logic, but at the same time expands it. For the first time the brand reaches for an action sport and the niche but intensely engaging its audiences base jumping. This is a bold step towards new target groups and new content formats.

"Drutex has for years collaborated with the best, which is one of the elements of the implemented strategy.

Thanks to this we can strengthen our position on the market as a global brand. "Kamila Gierszewska, Vice-President of the Management Board of Drutex SA.

Base jumping and marketing – why this combination works

The sponsorship market in sport is growing at a pace that is hard to ignore.

According to the Sports Sponsorship Market Report 2026 (Research and Markets, April 2026), the value of the global sports sponsorship market rose to USD 70.2 billion in 2025 and is expected to reach USD 96.45 billion by 2030, growing at a rate of 6.6% CAGR.

The key growth factors are to be the integration of digital platforms, collaborations with influencers and athletes, and personalised fan experiences.

For brands from the B2B sector – such as manufacturers of construction joinery – extreme sports offer something priceless: an emotional charge that is hard to achieve in traditional product communication. A window as a product does not naturally generate emotions. A man jumping into the air from a building – yes, it does. And if he also carries the brand logo and tells a story convergent with its values – the effect is hard to overestimate.

Influencer sports marketing is today an industry worth USD 24 billion, and collaborations with athletes generate engagement levels exceeding many traditional advertising channels – especially when the creator comes from a niche where the authenticity of the message is particularly high.

Base jumping, although niche, has a demographic that may surprise: young men aged 25–40, professionally active, often decision-makers or people influencing purchasing decisions in construction and renovation. A precisely defined, though hard to reach through other channels, group that Drutex clearly courts.

Authenticity as the communication currency of 2026

Industry reports agree: the era of influencer marketing based solely on reach is fading into the past. According to 2026 Influence Trends prepared by Ogilvy (February 2026), brand influence has become a trust infrastructure – and the only winners are those who can build and protect that trust, rather than merely chasing audience attention.

Adrian Bartecki is a creator who built trust over years – not through image campaigns, but through successive jumps, successive films, successive borderline moments captured by camera. His community knows that this is not a figure created for marketing purposes. This is a man who lives what he shows. And that is precisely why the Drutex logo on his helmet has a chance to say more than many a TV advertisement.

The comparison with the philosophy of GoPro – a brand that built its global position precisely on authentic partnerships with extreme athletes – suggests itself. There too the key was not the budget, but the choice of the right people and giving them creative freedom. Drutex, by engaging in the base jumper community, is doing something similar – opening doors (literally and figuratively) to a world in which the brand and the athlete speak with one voice.

What's next – May in Rzeszów and plans for the future

The direct culmination of the new partnership will be an event at the end of May 2026 in Rzeszów – the first public parachute jump in Poland with the participation of Adrian Bartecki as Drutex ambassador. Events of this kind today have a double value: as a spectacle for those gathered on site and as material that lives on social media for weeks afterwards.

For Drutex this is an opportunity to demonstrate that the brand is not afraid of experiments – that it can step outside the well-trodden paths of construction industry communication and tell its story in the language of emotions. Combined with logo exposure on the boards around the Bayern Munich pitch, Zmarzlik's suit and Bartecki's helmet – the company from Bytów becomes a brand that is present wherever the true pulse of sport beats.

Drutex SA

Drutex SA is one of the largest manufacturers of window and door joinery in Europe, founded in 1985 in Bytów by Leszek Gierszewski. The company employs about 4,000 people and exports its products – windows, doors, roller shutters, terrace systems and garage doors – to over 40 countries, with more than 80% of production going abroad. Germany is the key export market.

In its more than 40-year history the company has repeatedly won the title of Golden Construction Brand of the Year in the facade windows category and is regularly recognised by Forbes as one of the fastest-growing Polish companies. A curiosity: the new headquarters of Drutex management in Bytów is a modern structure dominated by glass – the product with which the company is inextricably linked.
