OTCF, the company that owns several sports brands including the well-known 4F, has announced the appointment of Justyna Gościńska as Marketing Director. She will be responsible for creating and implementing the global marketing and communication strategy for the 4F brand in Poland and international markets, as well as for the marketing of the other brands in the OTCF portfolio.
Justyna's responsibilities will include developing and implementing the marketing strategy for all brands in the OTCF portfolio – 4F, 4F Junior, Outhorn, 4Faces, Everhill and Under Armour, for which OTCF has been a distributor since 2019.
Justyna Gościńska has 16 years of experience in marketing, product and purchasing in the sports and fashion industry. She began her professional career at Go Sport, where she managed a buying team. For nearly 10 years she was associated with Levi Strauss & Co., overseeing the image and sales of Levi's products in Eastern European countries. She then served as Marketing Director across more than 40 markets – in Eastern Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. For the past 3 years she managed marketing at Monster Energy, where she was responsible first for marketing activities in Eastern European countries, and then in Central and Eastern European countries, managing a team of over 100 people.
She is a graduate of Oxford Brookes University (MBA). She also completed studies at the Warsaw University of Physical Education and Brand Management in the Fashion Market at Kozminski University. She is also a coach and a member of the ICC.
The 4F brand has more than 200 stores in Europe: in Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovakia, as well as in Asia: in Thailand and Japan. Furthermore, in 2019 the 4F brand launched online sales in India. 4F products are available in 42 countries through a developed wholesale network.
