CBRE is expanding its offering for companies and investors with a new strategic advisory service. The unit, tasked with providing a comprehensive package of real estate strategy and business development services, will be led by Joanna Mroczek. Together with the heads of teams comprising nearly 20 specialists from various departments, they will offer clients a range of services relating to the business transformation process.

Our clients are under constant pressure from the changes taking place in their areas of operation. They are therefore looking for comprehensive, hard-data-driven advice on their strategy and on the actions that will help steer their business onto new tracks in the context of real estate. Our new service perfectly addresses this need. I am convinced that strategic advisory under Joanna Mroczek's experienced eye will become an important part of our portfolio.

Daniel Bienias, Managing Director of CBRE in Poland
