Kevin Turpin becomes new Regional Director of Research for Central and Eastern Europe at Colliers International
Colliers International, a leader among companies providing commercial real estate and investment management services, has announced the appointment of Kevin Turpin as Regional Director of Research for Central and Eastern Europe. He took up the new role on 1 October in Prague.
Kevin's task will be to further develop the market research platform that Colliers has been building for several years, both at regional and local level. In addition to updating data and tracking market trends, he will focus on long-term analysis and developing real estate market strategy taking into account broader macroeconomic, political and social changes. Kevin will also oversee the work of local research teams, ensuring the delivery of up-to-date and insightful analysis from each region.

International experience of the new director
Kevin has been associated with the commercial real estate industry for over 20 years. Before joining Colliers, he worked at JLL in Prague, where he served as Director of Research and Strategy for the CEE region, representing the Central and Eastern Europe region on the EMEA Research Board. Previously, he worked in HR consulting as well as in the IT industry and public sector, where he gained valuable international experience in working with people, technology, business and finance.
