Visa has become a partner of the professional traveling cinema organized by Outdoor Cinema. By the end of this year, the cinema will visit a total of 100 locations that do not have stationary cinemas, across all 16 voivodeships. People who decide to pay for a ticket or a bar set with a Visa card can count on attractive benefits.

Cinema tickets paid for with a Visa card – which can be purchased both online and at the box office – will be 50% cheaper. The same discount applies when paying with Visa for cinema bar sets. In addition, Visa card users have the option of reserving the best seats in the auditorium and will receive priority entry to the cinema.

“The traveling cinema makes it possible to experience film art on a real, big screen also for those who are separated from the nearest cinema by a considerable distance on a daily basis. Through its involvement in the project, Visa also wants to convince residents of the visited locations that paying by card brings many benefits. We are pleased that at the same time we are helping to promote film culture and support the development of cashless payments in smaller towns,” comments Jakub Kiwior, Director of Business Development and Marketing for the Central and Eastern Europe region, Visa.

The traveling cinema set off on its route on February 10. So far it has visited Szczytno, Brodnica, Lidzbark, Sępólno Krajeńskie, Solec Kujawski, Kłodawa, Koźmin Wielkopolski, Wolsztyn, Zbąszynek, Wołów, Szklarska Poręba, Jawor, Strzelce Opolskie, Sucha Beskidzka, Pińczów, Staszów and Żarki. In the coming days the cinema will come to Milicz (6.03), Kościan (7.03), Pogorzela (8.03), Grodzisk Wielkopolski (9.03), Wolsztyn (10.03), Nowy Tomyśl (11.03), Lubsko (12.03), Odolanów (13.03), Kargowa (14.03), Dębno (15.03) and Myślibórz (16.03).

At the traveling cinema you can watch current film premieres, new releases and films for children. In selected locations the cinema will also show 3D screenings. The repertoire for the coming weeks includes such films as: “The Art of Loving – The Story of Michalina Wisłocka,” “Maria Skłodowska-Curie,” “Kong: Skull Island,” “Bodo” and “Trolls.”
