The 180heartbeats + JUNG v MATT agency has won the tender to handle Bank BNP Paribas' social media. The collaboration begins with the "Dobre słowo" ("A Kind Word") campaign featuring Jacek Mulczyk-Skarżyński, known as the French Guy.

What guided the agency selection?

The agency was chosen for the solutions it proposed, which not only proved consistent with the client's existing communication but also fit perfectly into Bank BNP Paribas' long-term, responsible, bold, and engaging social media presence strategy. The bank consistently and actively speaks out on socially important issues, including the role of women, diversity and implementing equality strategies, counteracting discrimination and social exclusion, quality education, as well as issues concerning environmental protection and sustainable development.

- Sensitivity and social responsibility are an immanent part of our bank's organizational culture. In our communication, we boldly take on socially resonant topics, because we believe it's worth speaking up about what matters – says Izabela Tworzydło, Director of the Corporate Communication Department and Press Spokesperson for the Bank - We want our communication to be distinctive, to stir emotions and engage, to be able to involve our customers in discussion and encourage them to change the world for the better. We are extremely consistent in this, ensuring consistency of communication across all channels of contact with our customers - she emphasizes, adding that the agency's task included, among other things, developing the bank's social media communication strategy in such a way that it would be complementary to the above assumptions.
- At 180heartbeats + Jung von Matt, we strive to create communication that not only excites but also encourages people to join in changing the world and making it better - comments Tomasz Bujok, creative director at 180heartbeats + JUNG v MATT. - That's why we're especially pleased to have begun working with a brand that has these values in its DNA. I hope that together we'll manage to do a lot of good - he adds.

The first joint project

The first result of the collaboration with 180heartbeats is the "Dobre słowo" ("A Kind Word") campaign. By encouraging more frequent use of words like "thank you" or "sorry," the bank, whose name derives from French, teaches this language that many find difficult. To this end, a series of humorous videos has been planned for the brand's FB profile, in which Jacek Mulczyk-Skarżyński, known as the French Guy, helps viewers get comfortable with French pronunciation. Anyone can immediately check their progress at dobre-slowo.pl. Pronunciation accuracy is rated on a scale from 0 to 100 percent, and the percentage achieved by the gamification participant corresponds to a specific amount that Bank BNP Paribas, through its Foundation, will donate to educational causes.
