FFW Communication will manage social media activities for the Kross brand. Content marketing agency FFW Communication has won the tender to handle the social media channels of KROSS, a leading European bicycle manufacturer.
The contract covers advertising activities and management of KROSS profiles on Facebook and Instagram. On the agency side, the activities will be coordinated by Marcin Koryszewski, Head of Social Media at FFW.
This is not the first collaboration between KROSS and the Warsaw-based agency: since August 2016, FFW has been running social media activities for the Le Grand brand – KROSS's line of city bikes.
– Positive experiences from joint activities for the Le Grand brand convince us that combining KROSS's slogan “Two wheels. One passion” with FFW's #playhard motto will bring bike enthusiasts a completely new, creative quality in communication – says Krzysztof Małecki, Managing Partner at FFW.

Social Media — Social media. Platforms that allow users to create, publish, comment on and share content and build communities. For a brand, they are an organic, advertising, customer service and analytical channel.
Why it matters: It combines reach, dialogue and sales in one place: a brand speaks, listens and responds where its audiences spend their time. It is also a customer service channel and the first front line in a crisis.
When it is used: Continuously: organic content, paid campaigns, handling inquiries, monitoring opinions and collaborations with creators.
What skipping it risks: Absence in social media hands the narrative to others: the brand is talked about anyway — just without its own voice.
