A new creative agency has debuted on the Polish market, introducing itself on social media from day one. Last week, profiles named "More than an agency" appeared on Facebook and Instagram. In the end, it turned out that the new agency is PM Talk from Katowice, and its founders are Paulina Wątroba (7 years in marketing and advertising) and Marcin Tadus (8 years in PR and advertising).
– Why PM Talk? The name comes from combining our initials with a word that is crucial to our approach to working with clients. We want to base it on conversation, dialogue and partnership relations. What sets us apart is a strong emphasis on community marketing, relationships and participation. We intend to advise and promote positive values, not just deliver projects – explains Paulina Wątroba.
The agency specializes in building brands and their positive image, as well as communication with the surrounding environment. To this end, it uses appropriate tools and communication channels from the fields of marketing, PR and advertising. – Paulina and I are a well-matched business pair. Each of us specializes in different fields and areas, and together we form a well-coordinated tandem that manages the work of the entire PM Talk team – says Marcin Tadus.
Paulina Wątroba has so far worked at, among others, the FORMIND Advertising Agency and the MOMA integrated marketing agency, while Marcin Tadus gained experience at Guarana PR, the FORMIND Advertising Agency and Kobold PR.
The founders of the new agency have many years of experience serving well-known brands (including Silesia City Center, IKEA Katowice, Tactica Pharmaceuticalis, IPB Decoration, Work Express), large entities from the industrial sector (including PGNiG S.A., Gaz-System S.A., PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A., Huta Cynku Miasteczko Śląskie S.A.), as well as cultural, local government and governmental institutions (including the Szczecin Philharmonic, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Economy, the City of Kraków and the City of Warsaw).

PR — Public Relations. Activities that build an organization's reputation and relationships with its environment: media, clients, employees, partners and communities. PR includes communications, media relations, crisis management, events and brand narrative.
Why it matters: It builds what no advertisement can buy: credibility in someone else's voice. An editorial publication and a well-handled crisis weigh more than a campaign — because it is a third party speaking, not the brand about itself.
When it is used: Continuously: media relations, press releases, interviews, events; especially in a crisis and during changes at the company.
What happens if it is omitted: Without media relations, a company speaks only through paid channels, and in a crisis it is left without spokespeople and without trust.
