Invest Komfort is launching an image campaign innovative for the premium developer sector: 'A STORY ABOUT HOME.' At a time when everyone is automating their operations, Invest Komfort is betting on highly unique client relationships and a boutique experience. Work on the new communication strategy began at the start of the pandemic, when uncertainty prevailed all around.

In 2023, this strategy is being consistently implemented through the original A STORY ABOUT HOME campaign, a multiplatform undertaking. The most important element of the project is the release of an exclusive album featuring contributions from leading artists, creative leaders, and authorities in the field of architecture, such as Agnieszka Holland, Jacek Poremba, Anda Rottenberg, Prof. Ewa Kuryłowicz, and Marcin Kydryński.

An album instead of billboards

The album A STORY ABOUT HOME, published in collaboration with Label Magazine, deals with a sensual approach to architecture and urban planning. The richly illustrated publication tells the story of design icons, while the interviews with its protagonists are stories about the intimate prose of everyday life and the search for home regardless of where one is. Since everyone interprets the word "home" in their own way, the album's authors gave voice to its protagonists—people of art and culture. In addition, the notable figures invited to collaborate on the project joined in creating an idea that answers the question of what makes a home a home. By enriching the material with various points of view, they gave the communication authenticity and uniqueness.

The album passionately tells the story of how we live, but above all it was created out of a passion for beautiful things, says Norbert Miętki, Marketing Manager at Invest Komfort. When building apartments, we feel that we are only creating space, and it is the residents who turn it into a home. I believe that clients will appreciate not only the beautiful photographs of Invest Komfort's Tri-City developments in this publication, but also the substantial source of inspiration and knowledge in the fields of architecture, design, and urban planning, Miętki adds.

A premiere you can't buy in a store

The album's premiere took place in Warsaw at the Zachęta Gallery, drawing more than 200 people from the worlds of culture, art, and design. The album will not go on retail sale; it will be an exclusive gift for Invest Komfort's clients and friends.

Invest Komfort – staying ahead of global trends

Home as the trend of 2023

The premiere of the album A STORY ABOUT HOME launches a marketing initiative that is part of Invest Komfort's brand image strategy. The chosen direction aims to draw attention to human relationships, home, surroundings, architecture, and design. Home is the leitmotif in communication for 2023. One example is IKEA, which announced a collaboration with world-renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz for a publication devoted to home.

Invest Komfort got ahead of the international campaign and brought the theme of home to the Polish market. The A STORY ABOUT HOME project engages with the developer's potential clients and invites them to share their own stories on a dedicated landing page, opowiescodomu.pl.

Building a premium brand today is a multidimensional process that goes far beyond products, says Ania Tuzek, Marketing Director at Invest Komfort. For clients today, a premium brand is an identification tool that lets them feel part of a given group or simply express their passions and interests, Tuzek adds. At Invest Komfort, we believe that our clients are conscious people who travel the world and want to see the best urban planning and architectural solutions in Polish cities, Tuzek concludes.

The development company Invest Komfort, which has been changing the landscape of the Tri-City with its projects for 28 years, demonstrates the company's bold approach to architectural design while respecting the urban fabric. This bold approach is also part of the communication strategy that began in 2020 with the image campaign "Creators of Time and Space." It addressed not only issues of design and build quality, but also socially significant topics important in Poland, such as the impact of urban planning on quality of life and the subject of vanishing professions.

A few months later, the story of the Creators was joined by another bold campaign, "Time Creates Value," touching on the world of art, but in the context of a specific product. The Opacka Apartments, located in historic Oliwa, were told in a language evoking the painting of the Baroque era, captured in a contemporary interpretation by Jacek Poremba. For this campaign, Invest Komfort received, among other honors, the Kreatury 2022 award.

The next step in implementing the company's strategy—which has 48 completed projects to its name, as well as numerous awards
and distinctions—is the "A Story About Home" project.

Invest Komfort – company information

The main axis of Invest Komfort's activity is relationships—both interpersonal ones, with architects, craftsmen, and everyone working to make the company's developments become homes, as well as those with a given place, space, and its history. The company has been operating as a developer since 1995; during that time it has completed 48 projects that have become a permanent part of the Tri-City landscape, some of them outright iconic. Invest Komfort has already completed more than 6,000 residential and commercial units with a total area of over 400,000 sq m. The company operates in the Tri-City market and its immediate surroundings and specializes in delivering projects in prestigious locations.

Summary

Invest Komfort is betting on boutique relationships with clients, as expressed by the "A Story About Home" campaign. The centerpiece of the project is an exclusive album featuring interviews with leading figures from culture and architecture, which will not go on sale but will become a gift for the developer's clients. The company has thus gotten ahead of a global trend—a similar project, with Annie Leibovitz, was announced later by IKEA. This is the next stage of the image strategy begun in 2020, for which Invest Komfort has already received the Kreatury 2022 award. The developer, present on the market for 28 years, is carrying out a campaign intended to build engagement around the idea of home and invite audiences to share their own stories.
