The North Face - The Coldest Pop-up Store
The outdoor clothing and equipment brand found a cool way to experience adventure. They created a pop-up store in a snowy, wild and remote part of Changbai Mountain, one of the coldest places in China, where temperatures can drop to -22°F. The store was open for only a week in January, but the brand challenged customers to trek there and make their motto a reality: "Never Stop Exploring." After hiking in the cold, they found plenty of gear in the store to keep them warm on the way back.

Samsung - Expand our World
When the Samsung store had to be closed for renovation, the Australian agency CHEP covered the storefront with a construction fence filled with QR codes. The codes covered every available space – and passersby could scan them to access online experiences and offers. Visitors scanned thousands of codes, maintaining constant contact with the brand during the store renovation. It turned out that these unconventional advertising activities attracted 27% more customers than when the store was open.

Dal.komm Coffee - "Mask ID"
Until recently, masks were mandatory in public places – even if people often didn't wear them properly. That became a problem in South Korea, where incorrect or no masks in public places, especially in cafes, led to a high infection rate. As a result, people concerned about their health began to avoid such places. The Dal.komm cafe chain found an original and friendly way to encourage its customers to wear masks properly by giving them access to free Wi-Fi. How? With a facial recognition system that activates only when the mask is properly placed over the nose and mouth. As simple as pulling the mask down after access is activated. Well, no. The camera checks how the mask is worn at a set frequency.
