Katarzyna Samojluk, Country Manager in Poland, will expand her responsibilities and lead Paramount's operations in Central and Eastern Europe, covering 14 countries in the region.
Samojluk will replace Gábor Harsányi in this position, who has been appointed Regional General Manager for Central and Eastern Europe at SkyShowtime, a new streaming service that is a joint venture between Comcast Corporation and Paramount Global, set to launch later this year.
Katarzyna Samojluk has been associated with Paramount since 2014, holding various managerial, commercial, and financial positions, most recently as Country Manager in Poland, alongside her role as VP, CFO for Central and Northern Europe and Asia. She possesses extensive business knowledge and over 15 years of professional experience gained in an international environment.
In her expanded role as Country Manager for Central and Eastern Europe, she will oversee Paramount's operations in 14 markets, including Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Romania. She will report directly to Mark Specht, EVP MD for Central and Northern Europe and Asia.
