Victor Gondim and Roch Rooijens have joined the creative team led by Marcin Nowak, Creative Director at MullenLowe Warsaw.

New Faces at MullenLowe Warsaw

Victor Gondim has taken on the role of Digital Art Director, while Roch Rooijens becomes Junior Digital Art Director.

- Victor is a graphic designer with extensive technological experience, and Roch brings an interesting creative background. I believe they will support us with great ideas at the intersection of the creative and technology industries, said Marcin Nowak, Creative Director at MullenLowe Warsaw.

Victor Gondim — Technology and Design

Victor is Brazilian and has settled in Poland. He has nine years of experience in the advertising industry. During this time, he has created many concepts and 360-degree executions. He also works on website design, 3D modeling, AR, and motion design. His passion is expanding the field of interaction and audience experience through technology. He says about himself: “When I learn something new, you can be sure I will pester you with my discoveries.” He has worked, among others, at the Publicis agency for clients such as P&G, BGZ- Paribas, PKP-Intercity, Garnier, Hartmann, Michelin, and E.&J.Gallo.

Roch Rooijens — A Fresh Perspective

New Faces in MullenLowe Warsaw Digital

Roch is just beginning his advertising journey, but he has worked in the creative field for five years. He studied fashion design at MSKPU in Warsaw and worked on programs including The Voice, Voice Kids, and Dancing with the Stars. His passion is broadly understood design and 3D design. He says about himself: “My fresh perspective on creativity in advertising can be an asset.”
