Karolina's Experience and Awards
Following a successful first half of the year and a greater scope of work – MullenLowe Warsaw recently won new projects for clients including Jameson (Wyborowa Pernod Ricard) and Maybelline New York (L'Oreal Polska) – the agency is investing in talent. By hiring new creatives, it is betting on their versatile experience working for various brands, confirmed also in local and international competitions.
Karolina Pietrzyk - as senior digital art director and Marcin Nowosielski - as senior copywriter, have joined the creative team at MullenLowe Warsaw. Although they previously worked separately, now teaming up they bring extensive experience working for renowned brands.
New Faces in the Creative Team
Karolina Pietrzyk has been working in advertising for 12 years - previously at agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi IS, Havas Worldwide, Change Integrated. For the Bee Saving Paper campaign she won silver and bronze in the Golden Drum, KTR, and Innovation competitions, as well as a shortlist spot at Cannes Lions. She has also worked for clients including Visa, Axa, Brown-Forman (Jack Daniels, Finlandia), Bank Millennium, Jacobs, Carrefour, as well as on global projects for Coty (Bourjois, Maxfactor) and Procter & Gamble. Her posters have been recognized at many international exhibitions, including the International Poster Biennale in Mexico, Golden Drum OFF, Mail & Design Virtual Biennale Prague, and the Polish Graphic Design Awards. In addition, as head of creative at Sygnis New Technologies, she explored the possibilities of 3D printing and introduced an e-commerce photography automation offering. She also defended her doctorate at the graphics department of the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts.

Marcin Nowosielski and His Projects
Marcin Nowosielski, on the other hand, has been working in the industry for 23 years - previously at agencies including Havas, Brain, and Publicis. He is the author of the communication platform idea "Bohater domu" ("Home Hero") for Leroy Merlin - awarded EFFIE Long Term, the slogan "Sprawdź, czy nie szukasz" ("Check if you're not looking") for Pracuj.pl, as well as campaigns for ING, Heyah, Totalizator Sportowy, Hoop Cola, and Reckitt-Benckiser.
