Within the structures of Coca-Cola HBC, she is responsible for all of the company's external communications, including media, consumer and customer relations, as well as close cooperation in these areas with teams in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

Karolina Orman has been associated with the PR industry for nearly 9 years. Before joining Coca-Cola HBC, she gained experience working at renowned global Public Relations agencies – MSL and Edelman. For many years she specialised in product communications, mainly for clients from the technology and telecommunications sectors, such as Sharp, Bose, LG, OPPO and Play.

She also carried out projects in the area of CSR and sustainability, among others for Amazon, and as part of MSL agency's pro bono activities she managed communications for the K.I.D.S. foundation. For the past two years she was responsible for corporate PR and the image of Netflix in Poland and the countries of Central Europe.

Companies from the CocaCola system are the leader on the Polish non-alcoholic beverages market. Together they employ more than 2,000 people. Since 2012, the companies have invested PLN 728 million in Poland. 92% of Coca-Cola products available on the Polish market are produced in Polish factories, while 74% of every zloty spent on Coca-Cola beverages in Poland stays in the country.
