AcronymsAbbreviations everyone uses and few explain

SSO

Single Sign-On

A mechanism that allows a user to log in once and gain access to multiple related applications without having to log in separately to each one. Simplifies user experience and centralizes access control.

Why it matters

One login opens all company applications — users don’t juggle passwords, and IT can disable access for a departing employee with a single action.

What's missing without it

Without centralized login, each application has its own account: passwords are duplicated, and after an employee leaves, some access is often forgotten.

When it is used

When a team uses multiple applications: email, CMS, CRM, analytics — all connected through a single corporate account.

How we use it

An employee logs into their corporate account and opens CMS, BI, and CRM without re-entering a password.
