Versum, which handles nearly 15 million appointments per year in beauty salons, declares that as early as next year it will create the largest online booking portal not only in Poland but also in all of Central and Eastern Europe. The acquired service DobraKosmetyczka.pl has 25,000 salons registered, and its virtual business cards are used by an average of 150,000 users per month. Versum intends to integrate the portal with Moment.pl, thereby creating the most significant service on the market for booking and rating hairdressing and cosmetic services.

As the owners of Versum declare, the acquisition of DobraKosmetyczka.pl is intended to strengthen the company's position as an industry leader and accelerate the development of the Moment.pl portal, which was launched at the end of last year. The merger means benefits primarily for consumers, but salons themselves will also gain from the combination. A service with such reach will allow them to reach even more potential customers and build a better reputation thanks to credible reviews added by users. DobraKosmetyczka.pl is a well-known brand and one of the first services on the Polish market for searching and rating beauty salons. The best companies in the database are awarded the "Trusted Salon" certificate, which is a hallmark of excellent service and a professional approach to the client. The Moment.pl portal and app, created by Versum in 2016, present offers from well-known industry stylists, the largest salons, and chain brands. A client looking for hairdressing, cosmetic, or spa services not only has direct access (from any device) to the full offer but can also instantly book an appointment online and later rate the completed visit. Moment.pl is developing dynamically, and the number of users is growing by more than 30% month over month. As the owners declare, by the end of 2018 Moment.pl will be the number one portal in the hair & beauty industry. They also do not rule out further acquisitions.
