NewsNinja - a new era of PR content creation thanks to technology

Agencja Ro is bringing to market Poland's first AI-powered press release creator – NewsNinja. This free tool, using the latest version of the ChatGPT-4o model, enables users to quickly create press releases on any topic in just a few minutes.

NewsNinja prepares press releases based on the answers provided by the user, and then modifies them according to the user's detailed comments. The finished press release contains keywords and phrases popular within a given industry, which, when published online, additionally increases its visibility and ranking in popular search engines.

The tool is based on OpenAI's latest language model, ChatGPT-4o, and has additionally been trained on a set of more than 1,000 press releases. NewsNinja is currently available free of charge to every logged-in user of the OpenAI platform. It can be found at: https://ro.team/NewsNinja.

NewsNinja is a prototype of a tool that streamlines the work of people cooperating with journalists. AI technology is revolutionizing the content editing process. At the same time, it poses new challenges for us in terms of building lasting relationships with journalists in this digitalized world. Work is currently underway on a more advanced version of this tool that recommends communication contexts, tailors information to specific types of media, and enriches the text with multimedia materials. - Krystian Cieślak, CEO and founder of Agencja Ro

Concepts from the article

AI — Artificial Intelligence. A set of methods and systems that perform tasks usually requiring human reasoning, learning, perception, or content generation. In HEXX AI CMS, it covers language models, document analysis, and automation.

Why it matters: It takes over repetitive tasks — transcriptions, descriptions, translations, selection — and shortens the path from idea to publication. In an editorial team, it means more time for the work a machine cannot do: evaluation, contacts, decisions.

When it is used: For generating and editing content, document analysis, transcription, translation, and automating the flow of materials.

What happens if it is skipped: Without AI, the team performs bulk work manually (photo descriptions, language versions, summaries), while competitors publish faster and more cheaply.
